Confused99 2 #28 Posted December 14, 2009 Got ~3" last night and got to use the 520 finally to blow some snow. It wasn't much but what a blast. This thing is an animal. I ended up doing 2 of the neighbors driveways too. I didn't do the new neighbors drive as I took the 312H over there yesterday and figured he wanted to play when he got home this evening. It currently has one of my 42" blades on it but he is looking for a blower. Everything worked very well today except the throttle cable finally bit the dust. I think it froze up and when I went to throttle down it just bent the cable over so it looks like I am stuck buying a new one . Sorry, no pics of today as my wife is sick and I didn't want to ask her to come outside. Next time I will get some pictures. Jason
Operator 7 #29 Posted December 15, 2009 Jason hold off from buying a cable!! I just got one off e-bay and all I needed was the rubber knob, so I have an extra. Three things and adding Randy

Confused99 2 #34 Posted December 19, 2009 Found a cab this week on craigslist. Picked up some bolts and mounted it up tonight. FYI, cabs do fit fully assembled into the back of a Yukon XL.....just barely

Confused99 2 #37 Posted December 19, 2009 Thanks guys. The guy I got it from never used it and he is pretty sure the guy he bought his 520 from didn't use it much either because he didn't have a snow blade or blower. It does have some fading though which leads me to believe it has gotten some use at some point. The only bad spot on the whole cab is the long skinny window on the lower right front is cracked/broken. I will see if I can round up some material and have my wife sew a new one in. Operator 7 #38 Posted December 19, 2009 That does look good Jason, a little different shape than mine. I should have you take some inside mounting pictures, then I can figure mine out. Need more snow now huh? Randy
