Can Anyone Identify This Part for me?

Hi all. I'm putting my C-120 back together, and it's been long enough apart that i cant remember what this part is or where it goes. It's part # 43 in the diagram below, and I circled it also. Can anyone give me a description of where it goes?

Hi I'm pretty sure it bolts to the left side of the tray on the the steering tower. I think it was supposed to hold part of the wiring harness?

It is a wire support bracket. It mounts on the left side of the tank support, right under the gas tank.

That is correct,that part bolts under the left side fuel tank support for the wiring also ground cable attached to one of them bolts factory,Rick
