The S is probably telling us that it has a Sundstrand auto tranny. In front of the 16 should be another number and a dash. If it was 61- it would be a 1976 C-160 Auto, if it was a 71- it would be a 1977 C-160 Auto. I think that would give us the year but its definitely a C-160 Auto. Mike........
