Removing Liquid Ballast From Tires

Which is the best way to remove the liquid ballast from front tires? I do not care about the tubes but the tires I want to save. I know I can take a knife to the tube but I was wondering if there was an easy cleaner method. Thanks.

You can remove the Schrader valve. It's inside the valve stem where you fill the tire with air.

Once removed the liquid will pour out. Might take a few minutes and you can reuse the tube.

It just un screws. Might need a special tool.
