Ken B 3,189 #1 Posted November 15, 2009 I've been working nonstop on the 702 while I still have the time and work space. The Kohler needed a light rebuild. I fired her up tonight and she runs strong. I need too finish painting a few odds and ends and she's good to go. I'm not sure I like the headlights but since this tractor will be my one and only plow tractor, I gots too see. stevebo-(Moderator) 8,527 #6 Posted November 15, 2009 Ken, It is looking great. You can mount those lights on curved roundbar and attach to the frame. That will give you that look you want.. Nice job-

Ken B 3,189 #9 Posted November 15, 2009 One thing that helped was the tractor was pretty clean too start with. While the 702 does look pretty nice it wasn't a take it totally apart down to nothing restoration. She's an old Horse with a new dress with some renewed power. I'm going to work the hell out of it this winter plowing my driveway and horsin around in the snow. Currently I'm looking for something I can do an all out restoration on like I used to do when I was restoring Cub Cadets and John Deeres. I'd really like to do something up proper for the Horse show next yr. My last total restoration was about 6 yrs. ago when I did this Cub Cadet. I spent almost a yr. on this Cub. Let me tell you, Wheel Horses age much better than Cub Cadets. This tractor was just flat out totally worn out. No more Cubbies for me!
