whfan74 2,071 #7 Posted November 9, 2009 I hope you are wearing some tall boots because you seem to always step right in it Duke! Great deal you got there.......can't wait to see it all modified with the Duke's finishing touches! :notworthy:
W9JAB 156 #8 Posted November 9, 2009 :notworthy: I've been looking at snow cabs for some time, I was wondering is there a provision to able you to lift the hood, as my tractor an 856 needs to lift the hood to refill the gas.
wh500special 2,262 #9 Posted November 9, 2009 Shoot Duke, you might just want to look for a 5xi...think of the work it would save in trying to make modifications. I wonder if you can look up the parts Original used on that cab versus a "classic" cab from the same era and just get the parts from them directly. Either that or find some guy in west central Indiana that has a C-series cab and make a trade. Kidding aside, nice find! Betcha can't wait to get the tractor up and humming.
