Fire_rescue_18 0 #1 Posted November 7, 2009 I have an old L-157 Lawn ranger that I am putting together for my young sons to play around in the yard on. I do not have much money to spend on this but the tires are all 4 junk. The rears have 18x8.5 tires on it. I have noticed while shopping online that all Golf Carts have this tire. Has anyone put Golf Cart tires on a lil tractor like this???
TT-(Moderator) 1,162 #2 Posted November 7, 2009 They're only "golf cart tires" when they're on a golf cart. If they're the right size and a tread design you like, they'll be fine. You stand a real good chance at finding used tires in that size too - since a lot of the "throwaway" riding mowers came with that size on the rear.
