Recommended Posts

I need your help :scratchead:. I would like to attach a snowblower to a 1987 211-4 (32-11B401)........... CAN IT BE DONE AND IF SO, HOW ????? What model could I use? Does anyone have one for sale that they know will work? Would it take a lot of alteration to drive the unit? Pictures and/or detailed info would be useful. Actually, I hope I don't need a snowblower this winter, but the Farmer's Almanac says, call the REDSQAURE guys (or gals) for help.....NOW!! THANKS!

According to the TORO Master Part Viewer there was no snowblower attachment offered for your tractor. There was a snow blade (model# 06-42BL01).

What's the difference between a 211-4 and a 211-5, vintage 1980's? I thought only the transmission, 4 spd. vs. 5 spd. They're both vertical shaft, right?

I am in the process of putting a WH single stage blower on my 211-5, with a minor adjustment. The motor pulley and the blower pulley mechanism doesn't line up horizontally, a difference of about 3 inches, but that is an easy fix. The frame going to the rear axle had to be stretched a couple inches, but that was easy.

I think it is a 42 iinch cut blower (maybe smaller) with a vertical drive pulley. It's the stock one for the 1990's WH 211 version.

Thing bolts right up, except for the pulley alignment and extending the frame rearwood.
