Kendric33 5 #1 Posted 16 hours ago A while back I would this guy in the weeds of a retiring small engine mechanic. It was completely seized up when I got it, but a few buddies and I got it freed up. I have never seen a spark plug more corroded than this one! It's a chain-driven Front Wheel Drive, and only one lever controls the cutting height by raising or lowering all four wheels at the same time. Any information on the Wheel Horse push mowers would be greatly appreciated!
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 12,507 #2 Posted 15 hours ago We have the mower decks listed by type and width of cut. As soon as the page opens click on the "Sort by" and select "Title". They will come back in chronological order and you can sort through the pages. Let us know which one you have so we can take a look. https://www.wheelhorseforum.com/files/category/18-mower-decks-reel/?sortby=file_name&sortdirection=asc

It uses the pictures of my mower above. My buddy had posted it here about two years ago and there it is again!
953 nut 69,767 #6 Posted 11 hours ago I had a mower with a cast aluminum deck (not Wheel Horse) like that about fifty years ago in Florida. Mowing in sandy conditions literally sand blasted a cut clear through the cast aluminum after a dozen years. Unplanned obsolesce.

I would imagine mowing in sandy soil would dull your blade awfully fast!
