From Trina:

Like if someone has an engine apart, or transmission apart.. if I can get close ups of those things.. or even piles of bolts, gaskets. Whatever they are working on.

How about a $5 swap meet find that yielded a nice fuel pump, and more importantly, the governor disc I need for my K161?

AI can edit my feet out of the picture if that helps!

What angle are you after for the mechanical shots? Close-ups of linkages and gears tend to read better than full assemblies, especially if the lighting is flat. If these are from a project you are documenting, a couple of shots showing wear or adjustment points would be more useful than polished hero photos. Sparky, recent versus older matters less than whether the parts are still in service, I would think.

Redsquare has put out a Calendar for years.

My Other Half,  Trina,  has been making them for a few.

She takes many many pics and crops or modifies as needed.

Actual age of the photos are not particularly important although she generally prefers whole tractor pics from the most recent year.
