What tractor is this?

Afternoon,

Saw this marketplace. Is it a cobbled together parts tractor? Painted to look nice. Asking $900.00

Looks like a PowerKing my uncle bought last year, but with better paint.

Ahh the renamed economy line!! Never seen one with that paint scheme so that’s why didn’t recognize. Thanks

There were several brands in that line. I don't recall the exact lineage.

Power King.

Economy.

Country Squire.

I have an Economy Jim Dandy, I think it’s mid to late sixties? It’s been in my basement for almost thirty years! Every now and then I dump a little Marvel Mystery Oil in the spark plug hole and spin it over a few times. I probably should sell it because at this point I’ll probably never use it! I bought it in 1984, when I was 14 and I’m the third owner, also still have the mower deck for it!

There is Country Squire near me. 1953 model with a 9 horse Wisconsin. Has been refurbished.

Owner is a friend. He has let me parade drive it and plow with it.

To start it…turn on the gas

                   set the choke

Wrap the rope around the pulley and give it an easy pull

                 Open the choke

Wrap the rope and pull hard

                    Starts every time.
