sqrlgtr 4,124 #51 Posted Sunday at 08:43 PM HORSESHOE TRAKEHNER SUPER LUG-KING T148 Came off the jungle site. I caught them on sale for cheap and this is second set I have bought from them. The other set are 24's. This brand seems to be very true to size unlike some of the other brands Ive had.

I can't keep up I believe that tires, like MANY other things, are being produced by BAJILLIONS of names nowadays. Some are legitimate lower priced examples of the original name brands. Many unfortunately are unauthorized copies.

I can't keep up I hadn't either but just took a chance on them and have been very satisfied with them. They are a 10-ply tire and very tough, almost a must to take them and have them mounted at the tire shop . I let a lot of air out of them since pic was taken and they did flatten out a little across tread but not much. they had 65psi in them (what tire shop had put in), which is what they called for on sidewall, I got 8psi in them now . I have Carlisle Tru Power Industrial tires on Cinnamon Horse. Been on several tractors here. Mine are fluid filled with NO air pressure. Slightly different animals, I realize... If the 8 PSI still seems too much for you, I'd bet you could go down to 4. Or lower.

Actually, most have liquid ballast plus rear cast iron weights both and really does make a difference when the going gets tough. Like you I believe I could go a lot lower on PSI.

I have a set of "other brand" weights on the back of Cinnamon Horse right now. I got two or three sets. At least one was yellow and one was white. Don't remember the other... They're around 50 lbs each and could be stacked.
