I had brought this pusher rear mount to play with but neglected to bring along a axle bracket. No big deal I'll just one off of pale face Dan's 856. Well this wasn't gonna work. ri702bill 12,773 #2 Posted 5 hours ago That is a later style Grader blade - the "push" style. It requires the later C series, 300, 400 bracket. Lane Ranger 12,079 #4 Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Jim : I think the older rear axle bracket was made for a short frame snowplow and it has a wider rod on the snowplow (or locks on the outside portions of the rod on the snowplow). You need the newer version of a rear axle bracket that has a more narrower length on the lock in clamps. Anyway that is my understanding but I sold my version of your mid grader blade and just have the early version now for my round hood tractors. The rear axle hitch you have is 15 1/2 inches wide on the install locks. The newer Wheel Horse/Toro version is 11 inches wide. The old style mid grader blade rear 3/4 rod attached to plates on the side of the frame of a Wheel Horse. Your version, the much stronger , wider and better operating Mid Grader blade attached to the rear hitch but with a more narrow set of locking arms! The last three pics are of the old style rear axle hitch (this. one for a HY hydraulic lift cylinder installation). I think I have one of those "short" brackets on a winter 520 that was used for a tiller. Maybe that one will work? peter lena 10,001 #8 Posted 2 hours ago @Achto that paint fade and dried out seat would look in perfect PATINA STAGE , with little work , mothers back to black , vinyl / plastic for seat , penetrating oil , spray down let it sit for days / weeks , wipe down with a clean cloth / mineral oil , no scratch pads or paint scrubbing , done a lot of that , with good results , deep solid oiled finish . just my thought , pete 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
