I know this tractor has the original plow as well. I’m just looking to see what I can do to make the tractor last and keep it in good condition. Don't be afraid to drive the Wheel Horse around and work it if you have any implements for it, that is what they were built to do. fehrrj58 10 #6 Posted 21 hours ago (edited) 953 Nut, my dad said my grandfather used to restore the wheel horses at one point and sell them. We have a 312-8 and a 414-12 with a snow plow. My dad got the ‘58 and the my uncle got the ‘61, which he has that as well. Both were born those respected years. I saw it was leaking gas either at the fuel filter by the gas bowl and also at the carb. Any guidance? I did run it, sounds good! WHX?? 57,661 #7 Posted 21 hours ago Most likely sediment bowl is leaking. Wipe any gas away and use a bright flash light to try and pinpoint the leak. Once you find it we'll suggest repair/eplace as required and replace the fuel line. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

We have a great source of manuals here and other info. I would take advantage of this material. And if you can become a supporter for $20 a year this helps post lots of pictures to help with your restoration or problems with the tractor.
