My favorite is Marconi, usually stuff and bake them. 50/50 beef and pork, rice, egg and cooked in tomato soup  I'm about the only one here that will eat peppers so we will have porcupine meatballs and stuffed peppers.

I love sweet peppers but my wife doesn't. So we don't grow many. Got a good crop of Zucchini and tomatoes though and plenty of cukes.

They are delicious when slow cooked and BBQed. I make a trip to upstate PA every year to harvest one.
