WT-30 with wheels?!?

Does anyone have an explanation for or has seen other wt-30's with these wheels attached? 

They definitely are not home made and they are handy for moving the thing around.

I'm getting ready to sell it (once I get the K-91 operational) and  wonder if I should take them off because I can't find any others like it.

Are they a known accessory or just something a previous owner did to it?

They are used for transport. When you lift the slot hitch the tiller pivots and the tines raise off the ground.
