Serial number identification

I know a while back some one covered ID'ing rj and suburban serial numbers. I looked for the post for about 2 hours now and still can't find it. I thought that maybe someone might be able to help me. I have this serial number off of my suburban. I was hoping that some one might be able to tell me more. The number is 46412. :scratchead:

Looks like a 1961 model

Serial 45709 is a 701

Serial 46412 is yours

Serial 46630 is a 551
