ebinmaine 79,153 #5 Posted Friday at 06:54 PM I don't have any here that small. There's a place in Washington state if I remember right. Mike's carburetor. Google search that and measure your own plugs carefully and give them a call.

Google search that and measure your own plugs carefully and give them a call. Measuring the hole might be better than trying to measure a plug that has been wrecked when removed. Calipers would be best but if you have a good drill set you may be able to use that as plug gauges. 3

I run them through the ultrasonic cleaner at least 3 to 5 cycles. Often more. When you're done with the UC - spray a whole can of brake cleaner through all the ports and orifices every which way but loose.

Seems to work good and lasts well. I do NOT use the heat cycle. I do have the thinner in a separate smaller vessel and surrounded by water in the machine.
jeff w 5 #11 Posted Saturday at 01:59 PM Thank you for the info. I'm taking carb to someone who uses them regularly. He insists it will flush out under/behind plugs. Will see.

jeff w 5 #13 Posted 23 hours ago Taking it 2 person who has done many ultrasonic treatments and said same as you; that should do the trick, though he felt one treatment would work. Hoping that and new kit will get my 8hp Kohler perfect again. Also, get that governor set too. Thank you, ebinmaine for your thoughts. If any issues I'll get w/you. Lastly, when removing, all it took to release the two screw mount was barely turning screwdriver, it was borderline loose ( looks like a very tight fit to get a socket on those. Will find out.
