WH Belt 8231

  Picked this up at a show this spring…no idea what it’s for but it’s sealed in its original bag so I had to have it. Cool wall hanger at a minimum.

  I’m trying to figure out what it’s actually for. Digging thru manuals I can see it’s a 4L and 70”. But that’s all I’ve found out. 
  Anyone know?

That’s what i have. Aramid wrapped number is 9691

Napa cross is a 4L700W so yes it's a drive belt for the 7 and 8 short frame tractors 3 speed.

Tempting but I’m hearing it’s also meets the drive belt specs for the short frame 3 speed rigs ..which I have one of.
