Axle Rear Bracket? What is this?

can someone please identify this rear axle bracket ? Toro or Wheel Horse ? Era? Tractor model it goes on? Part number? etc ?

I’ve never seen one like that before? It’s certainly well made and looks factory produced, I hope someone can tell us more about it!

Looks like a Tach-matic type latch mechanism.  That dates it around 1970 - ish.

Unfamiliar to me. I agree it's a representation of the tach-o-matic.  That alone would put it after 1972. 

Perhaps someone was messing with the idea for attach-o-matic plow?
