WHX?? 56,234 #1 Posted yesterday at 12:11 AM (edited) Came across this today. Question is the signature authentic? It's somewhat faded and dust covered so the pics aren't the clearest. I didn't want to mess with it too much I woulda ended up having to buy it. I estimated it's value 450-550 to the seller. Was I right or wrong? For reference some sigs that are considered legit. c-series don 11,857 #8 Posted 6 hours ago (edited) Having three tractors, three hats and two books signed by Cecil Pond, I would say with certainty that is a legitimate signature. As a matter of fact I remember either seeing him sign that generator at the Big Show or just seeing the generator at the show. Right now I’m feeling too lazy to go take pictures of the signatures on the tractors so this is my next best thing for comparison. Actually while going through my pictures I found a picture of his signature on my LSE. I was there when he signed it although I didn’t own it at the time. Mark Klinger did, and I remember it had 2 hrs on it. I also remember wishing I could have a tractor like that someday, and as fate would have it I ended up with it. Rest in peace Mark, I’m taking good care of you baby! ❤️ Edited 5 hours ago by c-series don 1

The guy that owns it now is a GT collector and he is the main man for the Portage GT show in WI here. He buys & sells all brands but mainly a Case guy. All vintage stuff. He bought an estate sale of horses and attachments from a WH guy here in WI. The genny was part of it. Also got some rollers and a real nice patina RJ and a real nice C-105 B hood. Just a ton of implements and parts. Since he doesn't know a great deal about horses he asked me to take a look at his score and valuate it. He is looking to sell most of it.
