Did some trading

I did a little trading for a cute little ranger today, I swaped the hydro and all related parts from a work horse GT1800 same as a 520 eaton 1100 for this 67 ranger it has been stored for quite a few years in a barn, and must have been owned by a tinkerer, but they did some fine work like the hand brake/clutch with built in parking brake, tilt seat on a ranger, a tool tray mounted on the back, or slide that out and a thatcher fits in the custom mounts, that has a custom lift, also adjustable deck wheels, hand operated PTO for the deck, and check out the headlights, I've wanted a set of them for awhile, now in 2 weeks I have two sets, over all this ranger is in nice shape, on a side note, I've never seen a side discharge deck like this, and yes it's factory, just not the hinged shoot.

Cool hand brake/clutch, and the pedal still works as it should :scratchead:

Kelly, I totally missed that hand operated PTO today. That is pretty awesome! It was good seeing you today and just talking a little horse. I got back in my truck and my daughter says "Daddy, your were out there an hour" I guess I totally lost track of all time there for a minute (hour). Thanks for bringing those item along! I'll be in touch in a few weeks!

It was nice talking shop Pat, you have to stop by when you have a few hours, don't wait till it's cold out, and no tuckys are not my favorite engine, but I'll figure them out sometime, and yup Perry that is going to be the wifes, even has the hand clutch/brake so she can shift and stop it ( she's only 4'10") I think the seat is going to stay, it is nice. I'm thinking of painting it candyapple red for her.

nice score Kelly...Candy Apple red is one of the great reds of all time. I like it ontop of the gold better then the silver metal flake. I had a 175 Honda Dream

that was blue with a red seat...chopped the fenders and painted it Candy Apple,

still had the red seat, but it looked a ton better. :scratchead:

If you paint that Candy Apple...I want to see pictures of the process...if you don't mind. :hide:
