I was cultivating like a madman when this popped off.  Please tell me it's a relatively easy job to weld it back together.  As usual any other for-warnings are appreciated too.

I would guess that disassembly and reassembly will take more time than the cleanup and welding. Here is an intact control arm for reference. You might just choose to pick up a replacement depending on what you find when you look at the rest of it but it shouldn't be a catastrophic failure IMO.

1st time I've seen someone have that break!

Might be a good time to change to a home made foot control.

Thanks guys.  The pic of the assembly is very helpful.  The foot pedal sounds interesting.  Definatly.will explore the option.
