Kelly 1,028 #4 Posted October 4, 2009 Myself I would use cement to fill them, i know most of you have seen the ones with that hole in the plastic, if filled with sand it will run out, on the other hand I seen a set on a tractor that they cut all the plastic off just the cement left and painted it still had the shape of the plastic, can't do that with sand.
