Tractor supply tractor tire question

Recommended Posts

FLtractor

Evening,

seller about 80 miles roundtrip has this year old never used no issues tractor supply tire 23x8.50x12. $10.00. Would fit my 856 perfectly, when I take off the heavily rusted leaking calcium chloride filled wheels and rusted rims.
asked him what brand and he said whatever brand tractor supply sells.. I’ve asked on here about various tires.. been told brands such a Deestone run bigger or smaller ect … anyone know the quality and or how this tractor supply tire runs? Could buy the exact tire from store to match if this is a quality tire for $10.00

Better question I should have asked.. if I buy it.. the best way to determine if another 23x8.50x12 tire is really the same size and height .. either buy exact tire match and or get tape measure at store .. since gonna need 2 new to be rear tires eventually and he only has one

80 miles @ 73 cents a mile 58 $

I would throw that and the $10 at a set delivered to the door that match and are just the kind I want. :twocents-twocents:

Looks good in pic but may be dry rotted also. I found a set of 14" mud grips (truck tires) I had forgotten about never run that had simply rotted to the point I was afraid to use them, this was on a small truck, but still.
