I wasn't sure if anyone already had a 5 hole one that they'd be willing to trade since I figured that'd be a little easier

A little easier than drilling 2 holes? You don't even need to take it apart

Measure the hole size with a ruler. Draw it out with chalk. cut it with a torch!
