  I general contracted just the house 29 years ago. Then we had the room/porch and 3 bay added on 10 or 12 years later. 
  We came from a 3 level condo before the house and both the wife and I were sick of stairs. I still have a basement in this house and the washer/dryer are down there, but for the most part it’s one level living.

Well Paul let’s hope that does not happen this year. I would like to done with snow for this year.

It was warm enough to get out there and get that idler arm spring attached to its proper location. Changed the idler out too as it had some bearing wobble to it. I couldn't find a good spring so just used the old one for now but this will get revisited again since there are quite a few things on it which could use some attention
