One snow pic

We've got plenty of pictures of our son that passed away 18 years ago.  What I miss is hearing his voice.  We had his cell phone with his videos but when it became obsolete, we lost his videos.

Even now, I can feel a hollowness creeping into my being from time to time.  Pam and I learned that her mourning was different from mine and we had to give each other grace.

We'll be praying for "a peace that passeth understanding" during this most difficult time

We're kind of a big extended family here. Many of us share our good times as well as our bad.

@WHX?? @Buckeyes Hate that yall know how it feels, thanks for everyone's prayers and thoughts. I debated on posting anything about this, but strange as it seems it has brought me some comfort and thanks again to everyone.

Honestly after all the 'dust settled' and the funeral was done, I found myself really needing to do something with my hands. I had just sold off a lot of my collection that previous fall, and I found I really needed to get back into restoring tractors and rebuilding engines. I really found it therapeutic to just get my mind into something else. I also knew my boy was looking over my shoulder the whole time, and still is! That's just something that worked for me.. All the best to you and your family!
