FLtractor 111 #1 Posted 3 hours ago (edited) About hour from me Is someone selling this Wheelhorse 8-25. Wondering if the Briggs & Stratton 8 hp engine reliable, towing capacity if at all, such as a Rubbermaid trailer with palm frawms and or a trash can occasionally.. probably under 100lbs total trailer and contents ? Turning radius and any issues? Seller asking $200.00. thank you Edited 3 hours ago by FLtractor
leabassett@sbcglobal.net 170 #2 Posted 3 hours ago I had a Snapper version of that. It cut grass fine and pulled a trailer full of leaves with no problem.
ineedanother 1,832 #3 Posted 2 hours ago The Snapper was a bit different but they're pretty cool little mowers if you have a smooth flat lawn. The Snapper I had would store standing up and turn about as close to 0* as you could get. Here's the manual for the one you're looking at. Thanks for the first hand experience. Would you say being 35 years old, it’s worth $200.00? Edited 2 hours ago by FLtractor

ineedanother 1,832 #6 Posted 2 hours ago One thing to note is that those are not engineered to tow anything but as noted, you likely could run a light cart around a flat yard. You would likely need to fashion a hitch though because it probably doesn't even have something to drop a hitch pin in.
SylvanLakeWH 30,434 #7 Posted 1 hour ago If it runs, $200 is reasonable... yes it can tow a tub cart... I mowed my elderly neighbors yard with one for several years... nice unit...
