Chris689 158 #1 Posted February 4 So I’ve visited this site many times over the last couple years and got some really great info but finally made an account last month. I’ve had a 77 C120 for the last couple years that I used for mowing and snow removal with a blade. A month ago I bought a 1990 snowblower attachment for it and it worked out great but I quickly got tired of switching between the snow blower and plow so I decided to buy another tractor. That turned out to be a 1973 “no name” 10HP 8 Speed. After about a week I got it running, trans unstuck, notched the right foot board to accommodate the blade angle lever, and the usual catching up on maintenance from years of neglect. 3 12 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It really surprised how little it needed given I don’t know how long it sat. I’m guessing at minimum 10 years given the levels of rust I’ve been dealing with. The guy I got it from never had it running but said the owner before him did. I’ll be starting a thread in the restoration section to show its progress.
