Will either of these decks fit my horse?

I would like a rear discharge deck and there are two on ebay within a reasonable drive from me.

It doesn't state what models they fit, and Toro.com didn't clear anything up for me either. I'm hoping all the really smart people on here can give me some answers!

I ride a 417-A with a 42" side discharge
