Krice58 138 #1 Posted 21 hours ago Looking to rebuild a k341 out of a C160 and I’m in the process of looking for a rebuild kit. I used to buy a lot of stuff from ISaveTractors but he has since shut down, so now I’m trying to find an alternative. Of course I’ve seen all the eBay kits, and I was just wondering if anybody has any input on quality rebuild kits. Any specific eBay seller, or other supplier sell a decent kit? Also anyone have any recommendations for any machine shops in the Eastern Ohio, Western PA area? I see plenty of machine shops just unsure of who messes with small engines. I could always just call around, but would be interested to hear about anyone else’s experience. Just want to have then block looked at and machined if needed. Thanks! I buy most of my kits on Ebay from The Man's One Stop Shop. https://www.ebay.com/itm/125901078873 I have also had good luck with Lil Red Barn Power Equipment Supply. https://www.ebay.com/itm/384156796807 Both are good to deal with.
pfrederi 19,436 #4 Posted 20 hours ago Agree with both recommendations above. Not close to you but in Eastern Pa. SWU Engine shop. Phil does quality work.. Done the machine work on several Kohlers for me and complete overhaul on a 4-cylinder Case tractor engine and as 6-cylinder Dodge 230 six.
