Get it done right, by a professional. It is pricey. To the best of my knowledge there is NO long term practical effective DIY foam for tires. (I'd like to be corrected on that.) I put some serious thought and discussion on this back when I was contemplating tires for the Colossus build. We came to the conclusion that steel wheels could offer VERY strong traction especially if/when caught on a root or stone. Cool? Yes. Practical?
