D200 rear end

I have to split the case. If I stand it on end and lift half the case up will I lose any parts from this side? As you can see I have a bad bearing need to replace just wondering if anybody could give me any hints. I made a little jig to stand the rear end on one side so I can slide this piece over the axle and off to pop the bearing out I'm just hoping nothing falls out. Maybe somebody could shine some light on this. I do have a new axle seal and a new gasket. I shouldn't have a hard time getting the hub off it's been off not too long ago. It's a 1977

Shallow side of the case.  Lift the thicker side up.

Manual says you can do it either way but ...I pull the thick side..

Will anything come dropping out if I pull the shallow side that's the side I need to get the bearing out. I will be having it stand on end.

Sorry I wasn't clear   the manual says you can take of either side... My personal preference is thick side.

This side is considered the thick side right? And nothing will fall out on me when I lift that up straight off the axle?

The screen filter was laying in the rear end it fell off the little puck is mounted to. Was going to use some epoxy to glue it back on that little disc that fits mounted on the side of the housing. What should I look for on the parking pawl? Thank you for the advice

Probably not a good idea. You can usually find good ones on ebay - or someone here might be able to hook you up.  If that screen comes loose during operation, it's not going to be pretty!

Yes I just had the front and rear pump rebuilt arm and a leg. I thought my epoxy in it on would be good enough. I'm scared now thanks lol

Just make sure the teeth on the parking pawl are not ground down...

I would be hesitant to rely on epoxy

Can you take a picture.  Is the magnet still there??

I think they are crimped but have to look at one to be sure.

Also not sure what would have caused it to separate
