Quote This 1973 Wheel Horse "No Name" 16 Automatic was supposed to be a parts tractor but, as usual - it ended up being a project instead. I named it Johnny Cash, because it's a '73 chassis, with a '76 14 HP engine, a '75 Sundstrand Hydrostat, and a '71 Hydraulic lift. Actually like it there, more that the one on the C160 that I have. It probably has to do with the way it's adjusted. The motion control locks in position better than the C160. Stays where you put it. Whereas on the C160, if it idles to long in one place while the drive belt is turning it will begin to creep; whereas the 16 Auto will just sit there. So I have to keep a watch on the C160 if I want to warm up the tranny before taking off with a cold transmission in the winter time. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yeah, I wouldn't stand back and let my C-120 or C-141 go rolling along without a driver unless I had plenty of clear space to chase them down.
