Wheelhorse Seat?

The seat I have on my 68 Raider 12 is moth eaten and trashed, is there anyone on here know what type of replacment seat I can put on it, would rather have a OEM WH (Yeah right!!) but those are super scarce! so looking for a suitable replacement, any ideas??

There was a post on here a week or so ago about aftermarket replacments. Some that were mensioned were from Tractor Supply and another was from Northern tool. I just bought one from Tractor supply, that had the correct bolt pattern, but I haven't gotten a chance to put it on the 74 C 160 yet. I don't know which stores you have in your area, but some other places might include Atwoods, Tractor Supply, or Orscheln Farm and Home. They will all have a small selection of seats. I found some really nice seats at Lowes in the garden section. I put one on my 1067 and bolted right on, it has about 4 or 5 different hole patterns to choose from. Good luck.

Dangnabbit, I was just at lowes too! well I do have them, TSC, Rural King will try lowes first though. thanks everyone!

I see some guys pics with the ol metal tractor pan type with holes. Is this an option or too cold for plowing snow?

The metal pan style seats mount with one carriage bolt in the center of a single seat spring. Your tractor uses 4 bolts through two seat springs. You would need to build an adapter plate, might be quicker and cheaper to bite the bullet and buy a seat from TSC or eBay.

Somebody has nice high back seats on eBay right now for $35.00.
