Repower a 414-8

Hi, my 414-8 magnum engine quit running. I want to repower it without breaking the bank what is my best choice to go with? Thanks Joe

Do you know why?   They need fuel, spark and a little compression to run.  Which one don't you have?

Another Magnum Kohler would be your best bet. You may be able to find a parts tractor with a good engine or perhaps Lincoln at A to Z will have one, give him a call.  https://a-ztractor.com/

That folks, is the game changer. Time for a long block or repower... There is usually way too much internal destruction (crank, cam, block) when the engine is low on oil and the rod grabs the crank journal - and hangs on !
