kpinnc 15,681 #1 Posted Tuesday at 08:24 PM Built this for my son to play with. Made to look like a 1962- 1964 but actually a 1967 L157. The dash tower/ tool box was cut and welded up to match a set of Suburban fenders. Also added an 8 speed transmission and Kohler K181 because I'm allergic to Techumseh. Changed over to 6 inch front wheels and added running boards for safety. Also has a reciever hitch integrated into the toolbox. 3

953 nut 62,119 #4 Posted 19 hours ago Lucky boy to have a dad like you. Great build. That slice in the hood around the steering column is very slick. First class all the way.

kpinnc 15,681 #6 Posted 16 hours ago (edited) Thank you all for the compliments. It was actually a fun build with no surprises. Turned out really well! Started this in the "Customs" picture thread. Not sure why it was moved yet. There is already a build thread here. Edited 16 hours ago by kpinnc
AlexR 2,224 #7 Posted 5 hours ago (edited) That is a super nice tractor!! With all the right modifications, a Kohler is definitely the right engine for it. And the round fenders to match the earlier models just ties it all together. Edited 5 hours ago by AlexR
