I was told that this engine is a 64.

Posting about this engine, I picked up in the spring. I was told it’s a 64. All the old manuals that I have start at 65.  Here is a few picks of the engine tag. So if any one has info on this engine please let me know Thanks! Here is a few picks. Was this the 1st year of the K241 or was it 63?
