That's good to know. I placed an order a bit ago and was just about to check in with them since I haven't seen it yet.

Glad to see it's a technical issue and not a personal issue. I was starting to get concerned. 

Hopefully it gets sorted out.  I’ve had problems over the last few months accessing their site on anything but my computer. Maybe that was part of the issues too.

Possibly. Mobile phone/table versions of websites are often different than the computer version.

Yeah, that’s true, I can swap between the Desktop and Mobile versions, on my iPad and iPhone but it didn’t make much difference. Hopefully they figure it out.

It is simply their business model. 

 

Not an instant gratification sorta guy.  Great people, great products, fair pricing and shipping.

 

That said... if you take my money then claim months later that its back ordered or whatever such excuse.  I have feelings.

 

free will and such.  do what you like.  I will not order again unless I absolutely have to and can tolerate the misdirection.  My two cents wherever that moji is?

 

I do not enjoy any negativity EVER.  facts are facts!

Placed a large order on September 5th. Received everything promptly except two axle seals. Have been informed several times they are "back ordered", with "supply chain issues" being blamed.

 

Hitches and brackets always of highest quality.

 

First time I've had any issues, having ordered numerous times from them. Always great phone service etc.

 

It is very frustrating though, as the seals are needed.

I guess when you're waiting on parts, you start tinkering with some of the smaller details. Installed a missing cigarette lighter and resolved a key that was constantly falling out. Replaced a broken battery tray (for later repair) with one I scavenged.

Gotcha by a couple weeks on those axle seals.

Contacted them today and they told me they are still working with GoDaddy to fix everything.
