Bar Nuthin 1,810 #1 Posted October 25 (edited) FYI - Just saw this on FB. Glad to see it's a technical issue and not a personal issue. I was starting to get concerned. Edited October 25 by Bar Nuthin 3
adsm08 3,867 #2 Posted October 25 That's good to know. I placed an order a bit ago and was just about to check in with them since I haven't seen it yet. Guess I'll give it a bit yet.

Hopefully it gets sorted out. I’ve had problems over the last few months accessing their site on anything but my computer. Maybe that was part of the issues too.

Yeah, that’s true, I can swap between the Desktop and Mobile versions, on my iPad and iPhone but it didn’t make much difference. Hopefully they figure it out.
Treepep 935 #7 Posted October 26 It is simply their business model. Not an instant gratification sorta guy. Great people, great products, fair pricing and shipping. That said... if you take my money then claim months later that its back ordered or whatever such excuse. I have feelings. free will and such. do what you like. I will not order again unless I absolutely have to and can tolerate the misdirection. My two cents wherever that moji is? I do not enjoy any negativity EVER. facts are facts!
SylvanLakeWH 29,827 #8 Posted October 26 Placed a large order on September 5th. Received everything promptly except two axle seals. Have been informed several times they are "back ordered", with "supply chain issues" being blamed. Hitches and brackets always of highest quality. First time I've had any issues, having ordered numerous times from them. Always great phone service etc. It is very frustrating though, as the seals are needed.
Bar Nuthin 1,810 #9 Posted October 27 I guess when you're waiting on parts, you start tinkering with some of the smaller details. Installed a missing cigarette lighter and resolved a key that was constantly falling out. Replaced a broken battery tray (for later repair) with one I scavenged.

So update on this they sent me the package back in early October the tracking didn't pop up until in Indianapolis I live in Indiana, on November 1st. Shows it was delivered yesterday and never got it. USPS is being a complete jerk about it, says it's not their fault they delivered it to a different address and name that was on the label when it went through their post office. Even though the tracking number is associated with my address. When I suggested the label was probably damaged and replaced due to the tracking number issues. They just said it was fraud from the person that sent the package. But the positive side to this is Joette has been very helpful as much as is possible in this situation.
SylvanLakeWH 29,827 #19 Posted November 4 @AlexR that sounds like a load of crap from USPS... Fraud? How? meanwhile... we wait.

Bar Nuthin 1,810 #21 Posted November 4 (edited) On a positive note, I received the bearing and other parts I needed to start reassembling my transaxle, as well as my reconditioned lift cylinder! Edited November 4 by Bar Nuthin

They were saying tracking fraud I do not know how the heck that works, but they offered to send me a USPS Letterhead letter basically saying that it's tracking fraud, to use against the seller to use in a police report is what I understood them to be saying. I was mad at that point, them suggesting legal action against a small business for something they messed up. I have a photo from Joette, of the label she used to ship the package and it is correct with my name and address. It's not the first problem I have had with them, they lost a social security card for my youngest girl (2 years old now) I got a photo proof from informed delivery being at the post office, and then never got it. They said since there is no tracking number, because it was a letter nothing they can do. Reported it to the inspector general and nothing ever came of it. 1
