There should be a switch on the dash board to turn PTO on and off.   Did someone bypass it and wire the PTO directly to the Ignition switch ??

Is your implement lift manual or hydraulic???

Hello - Thank you!

The dash has a switch marking "Electro Clucth". I have to turn it to the left side in order to start, as the engine runs, the clucth turns. However, I have NEVER tuned the swicth to the right side when the engine is running.

I don't know if there was bypassed. The person passed away.

But there is a gas electric pumb.

The lift implement is manual.

There was a safety switch set up to prevent you from starting tractor with PTO engaged.  Sounds like someone tried to by pass it and messed things up.  This shows how it should be wired.

For your lift issue make sure the spring 7-33 is on place and the block 7-37 move freely

You are missing the field coil for your electric PTO...may want to look at converting to a manual PTO

I do not know parts in the two boxes. I also think to convert to manual too. The tractor runs very strong, I got for 300 CAD - an unual price selling in Canada.
