GT 14 with 90-2070 Hydrogear

Okay, had some time to work on this.

 

Have opened and inspected most of the valves, they look pretty good. One of the shafts has wear from a spring, I'll get pictures later. Orings are hard, as expected.

 

The forward/reverse valve control housing 1/4-20 screws are not SHCS, they are 12 point splines. Pics attached. Anybody know offhand what socket I need?

3/8 or 7/16 12 point socket?

Probably 3/8 or smaller. Duh. I was going through all my oddball spline/torx sockets looking for something that would fit the spline.

 

I avoid 12pt sockets out of habit.

 

Maybe I should just use a 12pt socket...

A 12 point deep socket was needed, had to go buy one because none of my sets had one.    :confusion-questionmarks:

1/4"  12 pt (1/4"drive works best as sockets are thinner_
