peter lena 9,374 #5 Posted yesterday at 01:37 PM @702854boy always ask , how easily does related , PULLEY / BELT SET UP , MOVE BY HAND ? having done all my decks for pulley related , lubrication failure / rough movement , pto lever engagement , will tell you the statis , of movement , never replaced a clutch disc due to burn out wear , I regularly hear neighbors , scream in the deck drive , every related movement spot , should be free and easy , just my own experience , also like tractor supply aramid belts , pete

peter lena 9,374 #7 Posted yesterday at 01:55 PM @702854boy know I sound like a broken record , when I first experienced , W/H rotational movement failures , it was quickly obvious to me , it was lube failure , drag / heat / loading quickly exceeds original lube , also bearing size / type . many were ceiling FAN bearings , just the OPOSET LOADING , of a mower deck . those tiny IDLER PULLEY BEARINGS , are another consistent failure , due to belt bounce , from incremental bearing hang up . added a flat belt idler , to back side of belt bounce point , instantly gets that belt under control , sent in related info to site , on deck belt bounce . good for you , pete
