Retired Wrencher 5,944 #1 Posted September 5 (edited) I call this the rat 1056 because noting is standard on it.If had a part I made it work. I picked this engine up from Stevbo and I gotta say I’m very happy the way this turned out. I had my doubts in the beginning, but they seem to be gone now. After much tinkering, I finally got this engine to run pretty good as you can see by the video. Turning this into my snow plow tractor I’m thinking of taking it to Zagray in October. Hope you enjoy the video. IMG_0759.mov Edited September 5 by Retired Wrencher 4
Pullstart 67,332 #3 Posted September 5 Reminds me a bit of the 1056 I had, that had the early S/G engine and a 300 series muffler. It was a good worker!
wallfish 18,365 #4 Posted September 6 I see you still haven't added that throttle bracket I made for it. Let me know if you need help with it or bring it to Zags and we can get it hooked up 1

I think I will put it on the 1057 and bring it down in the spring. Thanks for the post.

Thanks Steve. I am happy with it. It will not be used much. Only used winter. Until I complete the 1057 that I bought from you a few years ago. Just taking my time with that one no rush because it’s all original I would say about 90% original. I just have to finish assembling the engine once I do the valves. Thanks for the post.
