brentonkjohnson 0 #1 Posted September 23, 2009 Goodmorning, I should probably introduce myself since I've been prying for so much information on the boards lately. I live in Greenville, Texas and there is not a wheelhorse in sight. I'm originally from Flint, Mi and still have family there so I'll have to have them pick stuff up for me. We have a small ranch down here and a wheelhorse would really help me get some chores done. If anyone knows of a good first tractor in the Michigan area just let me know. In the meantime I'll be looking on craigslist, ebay, and here of course. Thanks, Brent givitsound@hotmail.com

Red Iron 1 #8 Posted September 23, 2009 :scratchead: A horse needs room to roam, a ranch is obviously good! You might be surprised where you find one, they're out there-somewhere. Glad to help in whatever way we can.

bmuone 15 #13 Posted September 26, 2009 Hello Brent and welcome to Texas. I live up the road in Cooper. You are right, Wheel Horses are few and far between. I found mine on Craigslist in Ft. Worth. I see one listed every once in a while. There was one in Rockwall a few weeks ago and one in deeper East Tex. but both are not listed now. Just keep an eye out........Dayton
brentonkjohnson 0 #14 Posted September 26, 2009 It's good to know there's another wheelhorse enthusiast just up the road. I might need some of your expertise down the road...thanks for the warm welcomes everyone. I check the chatroom every now and then but so far I haven't seen anyone else on there. Does anyone use it?
