rivahmon 2 #1 Posted August 24 (edited) I need a replacement muffler for a 520xi 63540 with CH20 64583. A replacement is no longer listed for the 64583, but some newer CH20 spec numbers do list mufflers for Toro. I am not sure of the differences. JoeM 8,879 #2 Posted August 24 Used can be difficult because a muffler may look good on the outside but is burnt out and is loud. If yours is just loud this might be an option a friend calmed his down. he added a piece of conduit and a sprinkler head muffler. (wasn't going for looks) I know some that used this muffler, they tell me it is a little a little larger in diameter and you have to adapt the outlet pipe and kind of jury rig the heat sheild.
