Kali25 8 #1 Posted August 23 We just found this forum. I would like to meet a wheel horse mechanic in my area. My son (11) and I just bought a Toro Wheel Horse 16 Hydro, model 73423. Kali25 8 #11 Posted August 26 One question: the paint work on our machine is quite oxidized (to my eye) and I would think we could buff it up. Any smart way to do this? While there are a lot of nooks and crannies that have to be done by hand, I bought a Harbor Freight Buffer that uses the hook and loop foam pads.
