mikemc53 10 #1 Posted August 20 OK, I'm having trouble finding mower blades for my '78 C-81. It has the 36" rear discharge deck with three blades. They are stamped with CSI1399A and the middle (longer blade) is a 9187, while the two end blades are 9188. When I try to find them online I only get a couple hits for ones that seem to be correct, I believe they are in a 3 blade kit, which is marked as 8969. The problem I have is that these are listed for over a $100 and I know I didn't pay that before. There are cheaper sets (I believe they are 14" and 12" lengths) but the mounting holes on the cheaper ones are all round and the ones I need have the double D hole, or some call it round with drive flats. I am stunned by the cost of these blades so I am hoping that someone might know of a more affordable alternative. Thoughts? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
