JoeM 8,429 #1 Posted August 9 (edited) Just a few pics of the National Pike Steam Gas, and Horse Association Show August 8 2025. I did not get much old steam stuff, it has been very dry and it extremely dusty in the pit. Not many wheel horses but a lot of interesting stuff. It is real hard to beat tractor people. Always willing to talk, trade stories and help. The home made 4x4 was a good story. The fellows grand father built the machine 40 some odd years ago. It was sold and ended up his parents purchased it back a couple years ago and now he has it and uses it. Only upgrades was the alternator and a new winch for the dipper. Nice story. Wheel Horses Beaver Gravely with Ho Snow Cat ? Homemade 4x4 with dipper bucket and 4 wheel steer, used corvair transmission connected to jeep axles. Wisconsin engine Speedex And the General Lee was on Cooters Flat Bed!
